Experience
Mr. Partridge represents small to mid-sized companies in a
number of industries. Most of the clients he works with are family-owned
businesses that have been in business for many years, some for three or more
generations of family owners. He counsels them on the legal aspects of their
business plans, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate expansions,
raising capital and corporate governance issues. Often working with our trusts
and estates personnel, he helps his clients with planning for the future in
terms of generational transitions, exit strategies and the like.
Mr. Partridge achieved an A/V® rating from Martindale
Hubbell®, the highest possible peer review rating for ethics and legal ability.
