Mr. Goldstein serves as General Counsel to several Maryland corporations; he has general oversight of all their legal matters and recommends legal specialists in any areas as required. He has extensive experience in the State of Maryland, County and City legislative representation, corporate law, administrative law, bankruptcy law and sports & entertainment law, with extensive involvement in horse racing industry law. He has been a lobbyist at the Maryland General Assembly since 1968 and still represents clients who started with him as a lobbyist more than 30 years ago.
