Mr. Donlin has represented clients in a wide variety of legal matters. He has concentrated on the defense of businesses, insurers and individuals in civil litigation and workers compensation. He has tried hundreds of cases before the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission and on the appellate level. He has also tried numerous jury trials in other matters before Circuit Courts throughout Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. These matters include motor vehicle torts, premises liability, construction defect and the defense of personal injury claims arising in a construction environment. He has represented clients in a variety of mediation and arbitration forums as well.
