Ms. Johnson’s practice is primarily devoted to general civil litigation, concentrating on insurance coverage, general liability defense, life, health and ERISA claims. Ms. Johnson has extensive experience representing clients in both the Circuit and District Courts of Maryland as well as the Superior Court for the District of Columbia in matters involving automobile torts, contract disputes, intentional torts, motor vehicle traffic violations and criminal law. She also has represented clients in premises liability cases as well as EEOC matters and employment law cases. Ms. Johnson is an experienced mediator and participates in the District Court of Maryland Alternative Dispute Resolution program.
