Ms. Wiethorn represents employers and their insurers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Her clients include self-insured employers as well as insurance companies providing coverage for large and small employers. She regularly appears at hearings before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and handles appeals before the various Circuit Courts throughout the State of Maryland. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wiethorn served as judicial law clerk for the Tenth District Court of Maryland, covering both Howard and Carroll Counties.

Ms. Wiethorn was selected as a Maryland “Rising Star” by Baltimore Magazine and Maryland Super Lawyers Magazine 2012.
