Mr. Hebb is a Principal in the Litigation Group. His practice is concentrated in a variety of litigation areas, including products liability, premises liability, construction defect, property, insurance, and personal injury. He has successfully litigated on behalf of insurance companies and their insureds, major product and food manufacturers, retailers, national construction companies and private individuals. Mr. Hebb has broad experience in every facet of the litigation process, including discovery, motions practice, mediation/arbitration, trial preparation and trial. He has successfully handled numerous non-jury and jury trials and appeals in Maryland and District of Columbia state and federal courts, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Hebb also advises clients regarding risk management, loss prevention and underlying issues.
