 Experience
Mr. Rose is Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation and
Employers’ Liability Department. Mr. Rose represents clients in defense of
workers' compensation claims for insurers, self-insurers, employers and
municipalities, and in the self-insurance administrative and regulatory approval
process at the Commission. He also represents clients in asbestos, latent
disease and toxic tort cases.
Mr. Rose achieved an A/V® rating from Martindale Hubbell®,
the highest possible peer review rating for ethics and legal ability.
