Experience
Mr. Phillips has experience in all aspects of civil
litigation in state and federal courts. He has represented both large and small
clients in a wide array of matters before both judges and juries. Mr. Phillips
serves as National Coordinating Counsel for a supplier of various types of
products and equipment and coordinates the company’s defense of asbestos suits
nationally. Mr. Phillips has also counseled clients and litigated cases
involving:
- commercial tort and contract claims
- construction/mechanic's lien claims
- employment disputes, including violation of covenants not to compete,
misappropriation of trade secrets, and wrongful discharge
- commercial leases
- shareholder disputes
- business and intentional torts
- injunctions
- toxic torts
- premises liability
